At POSIT we neither undertake nor have any responsibility for problems associated with your business’ internet-wifi-network infrastructure therefore we do not provide support for these kinds of issues. Please, advise with your local network associate for all the above issues. POSIT support is strictly limited to resolving technical issues or queries related to the operation of the application and the management environment (Backoffice). You can contact us in the following ways: - Phone Support (Free): 📞 211 418 3381| Available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays). - Email Support:✉️ support@posit-app.com | You can send your request 24/7. ⚠️ Important Note:The management of and responses to all requests (via phone and email) are handled strictly within the scheduled working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00). Messages sent outside of working hours or on holidays will be reviewed on a priority basis on the next business day.

Initial set-up

The initial set-up is included in the price of your subscription.

Update Settings

After the initial setup, you have the ability to make any modifications to your menu or settings at any time through the management back office at https://backoffice.posit-app.com/. Detailed user instructions are available at https://howto.posit-app.com/. If you would like our team to make these changes for you, there is a fee of €80 per request.

Training – implementation

- The initial online training and installation are provided free of charge during office hours, with a maximum duration of up to 2 hours. - After the first 2 hours, additional online training is charged at €80 for each extra 2-hour package during office hours. - All services are provided exclusively online. * Fees are pre-paid, after the agreement of the hours needed. ** Fees for services described above do not include VAT. *** The company reserves the right to modify the Support Policy and pricing at any time without prior notice.
